Covid time changed the way to appreciate thing. Too many people packed at the same place, even if the Eiscafé has a good sanitary protocol. Lot of choice, but like in any other Eiscafé in Germany (always the same kind of menu). And service is not very friendly. Also capuccino looks and tastes more like Milchkaffee.

I was in OEZ for the first time since the shutdown in March and wanted to have a leisurely cappuccino in the café. After I sat down, I was given a list (which was already full of personal data from other guests!) To fill out. I pointed out to the waiter that it was a gross breach of data protection. I didn't want to write my data on it and asked him for a blank sheet of paper to record the data. He didn't want that, so I left and I will certainly not come back. It is actually a case for the data protection authority.

I lack the friendliness in corona times. Restricted ice cream. I understand hygiene to be something else. Several tables, chairs and upholstery wiped with just one cloth, ice cream card only on the outside. But get upset if you accidentally take the wrong entrance.

Unfortunately, at the moment you always have to wait a bit if you want a place. Basements are always friendly and polite. The food is good.

The ice cream was super fine and the price is ok too. Very large selection of ice cream.

The best thing to do is sit next to the barrier to the lower level of the shopping center. Then there is a big cinema as an addition to ice cream, coffee or cake with a view of the escalators and the glass elevator. The service is courteous and fast, the ice quality good, but ultimately not at a 5 * level.

Now I am in moment in the cafeteria. A guy at the counter made me so angry that he did not pay any attention to being rude and rude. Does not fit also to catering work. Even though I sat there and ordered what I wanted to do, I asked for a toilet. I asked how I got my bag and stuff left in my place. No jacket I had nothing. But he has little attention. Said people from outside does not work. That's nice a minus point. The one Italian waiter I know I am the regular but their style and behavior was embarrassing. Should less phone play more interested in work and customers. The only Italian waiter is the best man. Without him, the cafe, bisshen more attention ?

After work we wanted to have a quick dinner. When we were taciturnly served by a lady after 10 minutes, we waited another 20 minutes for two lasagnes. When we asked the waitress where the lasagna was, she responded with a heavy, unfriendly smile that it would take a lasagna to bake. When we made it clear to her that we knew that an ice cream parlor had little opportunity to prepare dishes fresh and did not need 20 minutes to warm up, she stuck to her story of a half-baked lasagna that still needs to be baked. After a minute we got a cold as well as a frozen lasagna. After complaining about the frozen lasagna and when it turned out we were not going to pay for any of the two lasagnas, the manager came to the table shouting at us and insulting us (which is the problem, we are not in kindergarten, we can not eat a dish and then do not pay etc.). Neither a normal conversation was possible, nor a concession or apology on the part of the manager occurred. Instead, we were treated disrespectful in the middle of the OEZ, shouted and insulted, as if we were in the JUNGLE, and had to pay in the end even a lasagna, because we had complained according to the manager not equal to the other lasagna, but only after 2 min ^^ , I advise anyone who is RESPONSIBLE or OBSOLITATED not to take this and to complain to the info in the OEZ, so that something outrageous in the middle of Germany does not continue to happen.

As already mentioned extremely rude staff and leaders. Have ordered a lasagna, waited half an hour. I was told she would have to be baked first (there was already lied). Got an ice-cold frozen lasagna on the table. Complaint was not possible. Was turned on by the waitress stupid and insulted by the boss even more and it came to a loud discussion on his part. A total impudence !!!! Will never put my foot there again.

Ice cream shop located inside the Olympia-Einkaufszentrum shopping center, offers a very tasty and creamy ice cream. Fair prices for the Bavarian standard. It is also possible to enjoy excellent cups served at the tables.

Someone should give a chill pill to the guy who serves. He was very rude. Yelling like a pissed of drunken...Wont step in any of theirs shops ever again. Douchebag...They should change their shop's name. It certainly should not be Ti Amo...

Service staff was rude. Yelled at us in Italian telling us we cannot sit at the table with a take out. The funny thing is there was 15 minutes until closing time and there were lots of empty tables at their "precious" venue. The staff at the kiosk was very polite letting me conclude that they cannot work at the same place (:
